Payment
We accept payment by credit card. The following credit cards can be used.

• Credit cards which are not in the user's own name cannot be used.
• Once a credit card payment is made, changes to or cancellation of the contents of an order cannot be accepted.
• Please contact your credit card company regarding the credit card payment date.
[Customs Charges and Duties]
Customs fees and duties, etc., may be charged if the value of the product exceeds the exemption amount depending on the country or territory to which items are to be delivered.
Please pay the above fees to the delivery staff at the time of delivery.
If an item is returned to Japan because of refusal to pay customs fees or duties, the cost of the item (including shipping fees) will not be refunded.

Items will be shipped from Japan. (The customer is responsible for paying shipping fees.)
Shipping fees and delivery areas vary depending on the service used (FedEx and DHL is used for delivery outside of Japan.).

Shipping Preparations
After ordering, items will be shipped from Japan as soon as they are ready.
Our offices are closed on Saturday, Sunday, and Japanese national holidays, so customer support and shipping preparations are not performed on these days.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are only allowed if the item delivered is different from the item which was ordered, or if the item is damaged.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery of the purchased items.
Please contact us via the contact form on the website within 15 days of receiving the item.
Please note that we will not provide a refund if an item has been shipped back to Japan without contacting us.
[Non-returnable/Non-exchangeable Items]
(1) Items which have been opened or used.
(2) Items returned due to the customer's personal reasons.
(3) More than 16days have passed since delivery of the item.
(4) Our company was not contacted in advance.
*Refunds may require up 2 months. Refunds will be paid to your credit card or payment account.
*Please note that the amount billed to your credit card at the time of payment and the refunded amount may vary due to changes in the foreign exchange rate.
