Since its inception in 1983, G-SHOCK has pursued toughness. This full-metal series features a vibrant blue dial achieved through metallic blue vapor deposition on the glass surface, harmonizing with stainless steel bezels and bands.
To achieve shock resistance with full metal, fine resin cushions are implemented between the bezel and case. The band connection uses a three-pronged structure to disperse impact on the connecting pipes. The metal band pieces are dimpled, inheriting the design of the original resin band.
The screw-back case ensures excellent airtightness. The stainless steel bezel is three-dimensionally molded, with the top surface finished in hairline and the slopes in mirror polish for a beautiful appearance.
