This product is grown in a unique highland climate with a large temperature difference between day and night, located in a colder region among tea growing regions. This tea has a rich mountain flavor and aroma.

How to drink:
1. Put matcha in a tea bowl. For light tea, add teaspoons (about 1.7g per person). For dark tea, add about teaspoons (per person).
2. Add a little hot water (about 10 cc) at the beginning. Pour in a little hot water (about 10 cc) at first. We recommend using a measuring cup or a plastic bottle cap (2 cups is about 10 cc).
3. After the matcha has absorbed the warm water, slowly turn the matcha with a spoon and stir until the matcha is smooth and free of any matcha mushiness.
4. Pour about 50 cc of hot water (about 80 degrees Celsius) from a kettle or other hot water source into the tea cup.
5.Stir well again until smooth bubbles form. Mix with desired amount of milk and enjoy as a matcha latte or matcha au lait.
