Kanefusa Fujiwara, the 25th generation of swordsmiths, has been carrying on the traditions, techniques, and manufacturing methods since the Muromachi period (1333-1573).
Fujiwara Kanefusa's handmade kitchen knives are made with the Japanese sword manufacturing techniques that have been passed down from generation to generation. Because his knives are handmade, please enjoy the different blade patterns of each knife.
