「How to use：」

3. Wipe well before use, as the film will not adhere well when wet with perspiration. Repeated reapplication will make the stickiness worse, so please avoid this as much as possible.
4. Store in a refrigerator, etc. for higher cooling effect (do not store in a freezer). (Do not store in a freezer.)
5. For hygienic and functional reasons, use this product only once per sheet. (Replace it when you no longer feel the cooling sensation.)
