Full-bodied and delicious W-dashi soup stock. This kitsune udon features a dipping sauce made from two types of bonito dashi (bonito and Soda bonito) and marudai soy sauce, and 100% whole soybean flakes made using the same process as that used at tofu shops.
Simply add hot water and wait for 5 minutes. Approximate amount of hot water required: 410 ml.
