Edible salt with 50% less salt (sodium chloride content) than table salt. Half of the sodium salt is replaced with potassium salt to reduce salt content by 50%. For the sodium salt, we used salt made from sea water in the Seto Inland Sea, with uniform grains.
If you are concerned about salt content, please use it instead of your usual salt. It is an easy and tasty way to reduce salt. Use it for cooking or as table salt in the same way as regular salt.
